We collect the contact details, housing preferences, organisation details and additional requirements you choose to submit. Please do not include identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.
How it is used
CloudRoute Residential, part of CloudRoute Global, uses this information to respond to your enquiry and coordinate the housing or relocation support you request. Your enquiry is accessible to authorised administrators. We will discuss any necessary introduction to an independent property or service partner with you.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in our database and served through our hosting providers. Infrastructure may process information outside your current country. Administrative access is restricted. Operational security records, including a hashed network identifier, may be used to prevent abuse.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, or withdraw consent for further contact, by submitting a general enquiry. Include the email address used in your original enquiry so we can verify the request.
Cookies and analytics
Administrative sign-in uses an essential session cookie. Public enquiry forms do not require a visitor account. Optional Vercel Web Analytics is disabled by default; if enabled, it provides aggregate usage measurements.
Retention
Enquiry information should be kept only while needed to handle your request and associated service records. Contact the team to ask about retention or request removal of your record.
